Applicants are personally attended to in the agency's office. They are required to submit proper credentials and certificates to establish their identity and qualifications prior to testing, training, medical examination and finally deployment.

All applicants undergo preliminary screening by agency personnel tasked to conduct local interviews and go through documents submitted by applicants to determine their qualification, they are scheduled for final interview and screening by representatives of foreign principals who come to the Philippines specially for this purpose. The company undertakes all necessary arrangements with foreign employers to facilitate their interviews and communication with prospective employees.
